Dear student of the additional academic programme of NUACA Preparatory Courses,
We would like to inform you that you are now eligible to receive reimbursement for social expenses related to educational services, in accordance with the RA Government Decision N 1067-N dated 29.06.2023, “On Establishing Certain Directions for Types of Social Expenses, the Scope of Family Members, and Maximum Amounts for Reimbursement of Social Expenses.”
To receive reimbursement for social expenses, you should request a settlement document from the educational institution and present your identity document and public services number.
If the social expense is incurred for a family member but you are the declarant, you must also provide the identity document and public services number of the family member, as well as documents proving your relationship to them: in case of a spouse – marriage certificate, in case of a parent – the parent’s identity document and the declarant’s birth certificate, in case of a child – birth certificate, and in case of an adopter or adoptee – a document confirming the adoption or being adopted.)
