“MIKSHIN” LLC is currently hiring construction foremen who will organize the relevant activities on the construction site (related to monolithic reinforced concrete multi-storey residential buildings) in accordance with construction norms and rules, structural design calculation and other documents.
Salary- 200.000-300.000 AMD
Job Responsibilities
Ø To recruit the workforce necessary for the organization of construction activities to ensure the continuity of these activities;
Ø To organize construction and installation activities in accordance with the design documents;
Ø To ensure workplace safety rules while performing construction activities;
Ø To ensure the quality and timely execution of the activities;
Ø To supervise the operation and maintenance of the commodities and materials;
Ø To ensure work ethics on the construction site;
Ø To inform the construction supervisor about the process, emergencies, accidents that may occur on the construction site, and take relevant measures to solve the problems.
Required Languages: Armenian, English, Russian
Required Skills
Ø Relevant higher education;
Ø Work experience in the field of construction of residential buildings and premises;
Ø Computer skills, knowledge of AutoCAD program is desirable;
Ø Knowledge of Armenian and Russian.
