ADMISSION TO POSTGRADUATE STUDIES FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR AT NUACA

National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia announces admission to postgraduate full-time studies (state-funded and not state-funded) for the 2025/2026 academic year.

The distribution of full-time state-funded places for postgraduate education by specialties is as follows:    

  • 05.23.03 — Engineering (Power, Hydraulic, etc.) of Buildings and Structures – 1 place
  • 18.00.01 —Architecture — 5 places 

The competition is open for people holding a Master’s or a Specialist degree.:

The competition is held according to the grade received from the specialty examination.

The admission of documents of prospective postgraduate students is open from June 7 to 27, 2025 included, the specialty examination – July 2 to July 11, 2025 included.

The prospective postgraduate student submits the following documents to the Department of Postgraduate Education and Information:

  • Application addressed to the Rector;
  • Copies of Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees or Specialist diplomas and their supplements (a document on education compliance for those who have obtained their higher education in universities abroad);
  • Attestation certificate of a foreign language (English: TOEFL iBT or IELTS, French: TCF or German: onSET) or a corresponding reference (defined by the internal threshold with a score assessment);
  • A copy of at least one research article published in the peer-reviewed scientific journals of the chosen specialty or a scientific research paper within at least 20 printed pages with a positive written review issued by the chair in the given specialty;
  • Personal record sheet, autobiography and four photos (3×4 size);
  • Diplomas received at international or republican student subject competitions or Olympiads, or reports of participation in international conferences (if available);
  • A copy of the military ID card (if not available, copy of the conscription registration certificate).

The prospective postgraduate student submits the passport and the original diploma of the Master’s or Specialist Degree.
