National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia announces admission to part-time undergraduate programme for 2026–2027 academic year.
Applications for exams and universities will be carried out from September 5 to 25, 2026, until 18:00, via the dimord.am website.
The unified exams will be held between October 20-27. The intra-university exams will be held between October 10-27.
According to the admission application, an applicant can participate in a not state-funded competition for up to three specialties (academic programmes) at a single HEI, for which the same entrance exams are specified.
Entrance exams are graded on a 20-point scale. Points of 7.5 and above are considered positive.
Applicants can keep their passing grades of the current year’s unified exams or the grades of intra-University exams taken for the relevant specialty (academic programme) of the given HEI, if they wish.
Applicants are allowed to take an exam on a specific subject while maintaining the previously received grade from both the unified and intra-University exams. In case of getting a higher grade, that higher grade will be taken into account.

The admission application and documents are not subject to change after the deadline, and additional documents are not accepted.
The Republican Admissions Committee shall confirm the results of the main competition by October 30 of the given year.

In the case of successfully passing the entrance examination, former conscripts who acquired the right to a military pension due to disability of Group I or II as a result of fulfilling service duties, as well as the parents, spouse, and children under the age of 27 of deceased (fallen) servicemen, are admitted to higher education institutions outside the competition and at the expense of the state budget of the Republic of Armenia.
