NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Dear students and schoolchildren,

We would like to inform you that the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, in order to popularize science among young people, will hold a meeting on May 16, 2025, within the framework of the “Science Today” seminar series, on the topic “From Earth to Mars: The Contribution of Scientists.” Students of RA HEIs and high schools are eligible to participate in the Meeting.

The following will deliver speeches at the Seminar:

• Arsen Arakelyan (Director of the Institute of Molecular Biology, NAS RA, Director of the Institute of Biomedicine and Pharmacy of Russian-Armenian University)
• Hayk Aslanyan (Director of the Armenian Space Forum Foundation, Co-leader of the “AMADEE-24” Mission)
• Areg Mikayelyan (Director of the Astrophysical Observatory named after V. Hambardzumyan, NAS RA)

Prospective research on space exploration and scientific achievements of recent years will be presented at the Meeting.

Participants actively engaged in the Seminar will receive certificates of participation in December 2025.
