NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The Chair of Engineering Geodesy at National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia (NUACA) is pleased to announce upcoming courses on “Geo-Visualization” and “Digital Earth.” These Courses are organized within the framework of the “Digital Connection of Real and Virtual Environments” (DEVision) project, funded by the APPEAR program of the Austrian Development Agency.

The Courses are designed both for beginners and experienced specialists looking forward to deepening their knowledge in Geoinformation Systems (GIS). Participants will learn to understand and apply digital technologies that contribute to environmental management, spatial planning, and data analysis.

The Courses will be conducted in two phases. The first phase will last two weeks, with classes held on Mondays and Thursdays: “Geo-Visualization” from 5:00 to 6:20 p.m. and “Digital Earth” from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.. This phase will equip students with the essential skills needed to apply digital cartography and geospatial technologies. Based on the results of the first phase, a decision will be made regarding the continuation of the courses.
