General information
National University of Architecture and Construction introduced the curriculum of the specialty “Service” which is meant to prepare specialists for the field, taking into account the demand in the business market. The study is organized in undergraduate and graduate academic levels.
The undergraduate academic programme “Service” gives an opportunity to prepare competitive specialists with the ability to carry out organizational and managerial activities of service enterprises depending on changes of business conditions and consumers’ demand.
At the end of the undergraduate programme the graduate masters the knowledge of both general business and service legislation, as well as the opportunities of using modern technologies in the process of providing services.
Professional abilities
At the end of the academic programme “Service”, the graduates master the legislative regulation, organizational and managerial functions of the field of service: hospitality, tourism, logistics, insurance and other service sectors, computer programs related to service activities, as well as the ability to communicate freely in at least two foreign languages.
