The Project aims to support the reform and modernization processes of higher education in Eastern countries, addressing the issues of quality assessment and graduate employability in Armenia. The Project helps Armenian universities identify tools and methodologies to improve the efficiency of the educational system, implementing a database of Armenian graduates at the local level, which, following the AlmaLaurea model of Italy, pursues two main objectives:
- Provide universities and the government with an effective tool for monitoring the long-term impact of higher education on society;
- Promote employability and networking between educational system and business sector.
The system enables businesses to search for graduates, providing them with comprehensive and democratic access to the labour market.
The projects define an integrated model for matching demand and supply, based on the database of graduates. The Hen-Gear platform is a bridge between the University and the business world, helping graduates and companies easily connect with each other.
