History
Within the framework of the All4R&D Erasmus+ Project coordinated by the Faculty of Urban Planning of Cyril and Methodius University in Macedonia, which aims at the contribution to the transfer of research, innovation, knowledge and technology in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Armenia through the promotion of strategic, scientific-educational and business cooperation, the “Seismic Research and Development Unit” under NUACA Chair of Building Structures has been established.
Within the framework of the Erasmus + All4R&D Project, National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia established “Seismic Research and Development Unit”, as well as developed a business plan for the above-mentioned unit-laboratory in March-April, 2019, while the strategic plan is currently under development. Equipment has been acquired and NUACA team members of the Project have conducted additional and continuing education courses:
- “Reconstruction of Buildings and their Seismic Resilience”— Hovhannes Avagyan /lecturer/;
- “Entrepreneurship for Engineers” — Gohar Avetisyan /lecturer/;
- “Strategic Management”— Gohar Avetisyan /lecturer/;
- “Energy Efficiency in Sustainable Construction” — Lilit Amiryan and Anna Grigoryan /lecturers/;
- “Organization of Construction Monitoring” — Mher Markosyan and Azat Smbatyan /lecturers /;
- “Internet of Things” — Azat Smbatyan and Ruzanna Sargsyan /lecturers/.
