Applications of secondary vocational education institution graduates for the 2025-2026 academic year in NUACA will be accepted from July 15 until August 29.
The education of applicants at the University is organized:

Only applicants of secondary vocational education institutions having received state or non-state accreditation can continue their studies at a state or non-state accredited university. An applicant or a secondary vocational education institution shall submit documents to the University until August 29 of the given year.

If the number of applicants transferring to a higher education institution exceeds the number of places allocated by the authorized body of the State Administration of Education for the given academic year, the Committee selects applicants on a competitive basis, giving priority in order to the applicants who have:
The competition is held until September 15 of the given year.
Based on the results of the committee competition, the Rector of the HEI issues an admission (attachment) order of the student who passed the competition until September 19 of the given year, to which the list of subject differences and the individual schedule of taking them are attached. The maximum period for taking the subject differences is three months(25,000 AMD must be paid for each subject). Students who passed the competition submit the original of the graduation document – diploma, and its insert to the HEI.
In case of a passing grade on subject differences, the Rector of the HEI enrolls the student within three working days, after which submits a report to the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports within five days.
