• 1993 France –  Cooperation contracts with architectural schools of Paris-Villmen and Marseille-Luminy, its elaboration and signing.
• 1996 England – Cooperation with the University of Dublin.
• 2002 Italy – cooperation with Romualdo Del Bianco foundation.
• 2004 France  – Elaboration of further programs with architectural higher school of Clermont-Ferrand.
• From 1993 till now Member of science council in YSUAC.
• From 2004 Member of civil servant elections and attestation commission of Republic of Armenia.
